Making the mod also usable without steam
Hi @Mbyron26

I'm using city skylines without Steam. But i'm interested in using this mod.
Kan you maybe change the mod so you can change the location de mod looks for png's.
I don't have the location [Steam directory]\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\Files\"
