Yes; We made the choice to avoid using any models ripped from other games that put us in legal danger of a C&D. All the UK faction models were ripped. In GOH 68 all our models are either from existing GEM engine titles, purchased from 3rd party artists or made by us.

Valour got DMCA'd a while back. M.A.C.E. got DMCA'd as well a bit more recently. We are a small mod team and we want to make sure what we create to be our models or bought or taken with permission of the original creator. Just because other people slip through the cracks doesn't mean we should do that too.
