You can for some reason use the TARDIS addon to enter the flying thing early.
While playing around in this map with a couple of addons I have I noticed the TARDIS has a manual cords setting, after messing around with it I had an idea: What if I use it to go into the platform? After thinking it over I did it and it worked! I didn't die the instant I stepped out. So maybe add detection on the inside too? - Some Doctor Who Fan

yea you can also just remove the doors with the context menu and then use a vehicle from the star wars vehicles addon to fly in and bypass the kill trigger.
