Just thought I'd toss this out there...

Basically I diabled all of my mods (though I left them in my collection) and tried just your list.
While most of the mods were the same I use the other UI mega-mod

I couldn't get the one you listed to work. I kept hitting a load error on the CQUI. I know other people still use it but it's always given me trouble.
