You craft it with 6 pine logs, 2 bricks and crafting skill level 3. Other method would be reverse-craft it from the gray roof combined with a red smoke. Gray roof can only be crafted from the red rood and a black smoke.
The other roof types can be crafted from the base roof combined with a saw.

You should be able to see the recipes when at least a pine log is present in inventory, otherwise they are overwritten by another mod using same IDs and cant be crafted.

I have a conflicting mod but i dont want to get rid of it cause im using alot of its items and so i cant get the red-shingled-roof
and the mod is the arid map is what i guess

Arid is using IDs in the 59000. My mod uses IDs in the Range of some lower 15000. Might change IDs at some point later to a more "unusual" number to pick from.

You could try to give yourself the roof (15006) and see what else you get.
