If its possible, it would be nice to remove stuff even later on, if one decide to make changes and not being forced to remove all of the 264 "English Ivy mix" you have placed before carefully.

"I would recommend to choose the type you want to remove in Add vegetation mode and switch to Remove vegetation mode afterwards. This way you can visualize the type first.
The reason you have to choose the type first and apply the changes is, that otherwise this could affect server performance. For example, if you delete one tree, all trees of the same type get removed and immediately replaced without the one that was removed. This is the only way i could get removing separate foliage to work.
If you would be able to remove multiple types at the same time, this could be bad for the server. Depending on how many instances are already placed and how many types are affected."
