I know this. its just a joke within the community, i had sarcasm. still do. and also, some hats DO have stats, some fake, some real. medic detective set, mystery solving rate reduction (cosmetic.) apple on head, less chance of hunger. AND THE REAL STATS FOR HATS! saxton hale mask/hhh's head: Cannot be scared by his boo attack. But anyway, that aside, your right. hats dont have stats. i was just making a joke.
