So, I tried a ton of values and laboriously went through about 200 quick battles and tested the ragdolls on the entire lobby of 40 bots, and eventually I got something I liked. The value i find as one of the most realistic, with the most amount of allowance for the dead body to flop around, without making it look completely boneless, is this amazing value: 100 spring, 0.1 stiffness (Or maybe even 0 spring 0 stiffness)
I might return here soon in case I find better values though. Not sure why 0-0 seems good but it appears to be the only one where the arms aren't permanently bent like they're doing a bench press, or they're a-posing face down on the ground, or they're a weird jumbled ball of arms, legs and head
so yeah do 0 spring and either 0 or 0.1 stiffness
Cheers!
you
