If this became a weapon stats

Enables scouts to jump up to 2 times their height and 3 times if they double jump
-20 hp

I'd say give a chance of damage like with the samari sword maybe chanced burn damage?

but make it less of a double jump and more like flight
but it recharges like the jet pack
