I feel like there could be something else interactiing here, but I just wanted to bring up something that isn't working for me - when "Windows" is an active mod, any room using Dubs Skylights will not go over 50% brightness. As soon as I remove Windows from my list, it will show light in the room up to 100%.
I have tested it running only mods Windows and Skylights, and the room still does not get above 50% brightness. I have also changed the load order of both to locations including before and after each other with no change. I'm no expert though - just appreciate both mods!
