If you are experiencing this bug, there's a high chance you got a download failure or something similar to that, follow these steps to reinstall the mod:

Unsub, start the game, close it, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\250900 and delete the folder called 2567634705.
then restart the game, close it again, sub to the mod, and start again.

Make sure the main menu loads after every restart.

If you keep experiencing the bug, then you have a mod that's conflicting, Job works well with other shader mods, you must have a mod that adds a shader which does it improperly and conflicts with pretty much any other shader mod in the workshop. I'm sorry but you'll have to troubleshoot which mod is causing the issue on your own.

NOTE: I've been told that Shaders break the game under Proton on Linux, with no known fix. I do not use this OS so I can't confirm first hand, take it with a grain of salt.
