so we all like the idea of these being turrets on trailers, and yes, the tires work like tires, they aren't just there for show. What i recommend to have this work as a trailer and actually attach it to the car goes as follows:

1) spawn the any trailer and the vehicle you want to tow it with
2) get them as close as possible (you may need to freeze the trailer to get them close)
3) select the ball socket tool and click the end of the trailer and the back of you car.
4) be happy with the result because its a little janky and backing up is a little slow.

optional:

5) download LSF planes and have one guy drive the car while the other one shoots at planes, or you could download the Decent Vehicle (basically an AI that can drive cars for you) if you don't have any friends like me.
