Semaphore attack sound too loud [Fixed]

The attack sound of the Semaphore enemy is too loud in comparison with almost everything else in the game. Please tune it down a bit. Thanks! <3

The Stars Above v2.1.7.3 - Fixed attack sfx playing multiple times when fighting Semaphores.
