try to get food a quickly as possible and do not instantly eat it,

wait until around 500 hp until you eat (depends on how much food you have heal atllease until 800 hp),

if you want it to be a easier turn butterfly to lots and if you want it to be harder turn mobs to less,

for a boss just tank him you heal so much you are practically 2 fully upgraded wx that gets struck by lightning every second
