it's a division commonly used in hl2rp, most of the times VICE is spec-ops/swat units

What TadeusSlovak said. And its also a team I run in a roleplay server, these are just the textures I use for my units. I thought it would be cool to upload them here as texture replacements

FoeFue, Vice is a team used in the VRChat Universal Union roleplay group that Blue leads. ( discord.gg/union )
