Heavy lasers doesn't damage vortex anymore. Can you fix it?

They was a great tool for tunneling.
Anyway thanks for your work!

ok i fixed it but it up to ur game and vortex to do the number data

damage of weapons where upped by 3.5x due to not damaging shield now thay will over heat the shield faster also due to the damage increase the power drain was also upped by 1.25x if u have any ? feel for to post it i will do my best to fix it.
