bug with children textures

Game refuses to load up the body textures/animated face/etc of the children/teens/adults of anyone actually born and instead gives them the default head/body just stretched appart with the head and hair floating away from the body. literally nothing i can do, even using ♥♥♥ or CE allows me to fix this.
