Actually thinking about the name, description, and picture I came up with stat ideas:

UPS
+25% move speed on wearer
+33% reload speed
DOWNS
Fires tracer shots (like the Machina except darker red) on scoped shots (but can noscope unlike Machina)
-20% damage

I know this would be pretty freakin' good but WHO CARES!? Kind of the point of special guns, and this would be a rare drop and uncraftable even with the token method. So yeah.
