M.O. plants and vanilla plants overlapping

M.O. Plants are showing up underneath vanilla plants, even though the M.O. ones are larger. Is there a fix for this?

I use Resource Dictionary and tick activate deduplication.

Ah, I meant overlapping on the map. They go "through" each other
