Can't make pants

This mod removes bills for making pants from tailoring benches. Removing this mod brings them back.

This is the case with my game as well. Is there a fix other than uninstalling the mod?

pants are locked behind a research i think it leather working
you need to scroll to the right to see it

Doesn't seem to be the case for me. Pants are entirely missing from my research tree and tailor bills.
