HECU NPCs cant shoot
they just play the animation of shooting but they dont shoot at all

Idk what but its prob a bug?? Guards can shoot and same for turrets, also i love this conversation continuing like this long

It might be one of your addons. Some HL1 mods might do this and I'm very sure. Someone pointed out that a bmrf/bmrp addon caused this. I'm not sure which one though.
