I wanted to focus on the characters that appeared in the game. The missing civilian body was likely just something I overlooked at the time since there were a lot of bodies to go through. I'll admit the exclusion of Biker and Terrorist were just laziness on my part, I didn't want to add the Tux body and biker glasses to all the guard models (since I also wanted the bodygroups to be consistent across the guard heads). A model for the Terrorist character does exist as part of the Guards and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pack.

Good to hear, technically it's already possible to make Biker, but with normal sunglasses. I might just have to check the Guards & ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pack as well, though I suppose Civilian (Male 5) can be easily overlooked along with all of these since none of these are actual used characters.
