Stat ideas
+25 max health on player.
+25% more accurate.
+10 extra clips.
+Player is faster than an Escape Plan soldier.
-1 bullet per clip.
-Player can't double jump.
-If you kill more than 6 people, you start to become less accurate.
-If you kill more than 11 people, you start to get less health.

OR

+Player can see the silhouettes of cloaked spies.
-Player is slower than a Heavy.

OVERKILL

+Player can see cloaked spies fully
+Player can quadruple jump
+If you kill more than 3 people, you get 100% accurate shots.
+If you kill more than 4 people, you get 100% max health.
+If healed by a Medic, he can automatically deploy Über.
+100% extra damage
+100% extra ammo
+75% faster movement
