Lots of debuffs and buffs but in my head it sounds like a good weapon

The Scout cannot pick up fallen weapons.
Considering it's based on a girl, the Scout might treasure this gun and refuse to pick up any other. So it'd make sense to remove the ability to pick up fallen weapons for ammo. Also, adding an increase damage to people when you're in the air can either be a huge OP problem, as there will be scouts flying around everywhere, but on the other hand, it'd make a nice set-up for the Pretty Boy's Pocket Pistol and the Atomitizer. That's my opinion~
