Stats is spelled the same way forwards and backwards.
My idea:
-Only 4 bullets in a clip.
-20% bullets in a shot

+20% more accurate.
Hype is fully built when 500 dmg is done, on full hype player can alt-fire
and get 100% accuracy for 6 seconds.

judging from apperance its something more like SBR version of Sniper rifle, than short shotty, more usual for scout rifles. to it can have: 5 rounds, 20% more reload speed(from stock thing), 15 more RoF, 25% more accuracy and 30% more range, 40% penetration chances on ranges below 20m and at drawbacks it had no knockback and had 75%(50% ?) less carried ammo.

-35% jump hight
-20% walking speed
-only 4 rounds per clip
-40 ammo
-2nd jump hurts the player with 3 HP and goes up by 1 HP every jump
-25 health
-40% accuracy

+30% faster reload speed
+By right clicking you walk 60% slower but zoom in and the -40% accuracy becomes 20% accuracy while zoomed
+Hype activates after every 5 kills and lasts for 12 secs
+Hype causes the enemy to set on fire
+Hype causes the enemy to be stunned for the duration of the hype that is left when hit

Lots of debuffs and buffs but in my head it sounds like a good weapon

What about, very simply, making it a nice Scout weapon that doesn't have a page and a half of OP stats?

Pros:
20% more damage when in the air
10% faster movement speed

Cons:
50% less clip (Making it 3)
20% less ammo
The Scout cannot pick up fallen weapons.

Considering it's based on a girl, the Scout might treasure this gun and refuse to pick up any other. So it'd make sense to remove the ability to pick up fallen weapons for ammo. Also, adding an increase damage to people when you're in the air can either be a huge OP problem, as there will be scouts flying around everywhere, but on the other hand, it'd make a nice set-up for the Pretty Boy's Pocket Pistol and the Atomitizer. That's my opinion~

Alright guys, looking at the design this thing, its obviusly the high-accuracy low-bulletspread weapon. So;

+40% Accuracy.
+2 Bullets. (8 bullets total)

-20% Bullet spread.
-30% Dmg penality.

Clean, short and its works.
