hi, you managed to remove the bsa and esp files and unsubcribed. The mod only contains a single mesh file once its removed it has no effect what so ever. Did you extract the contents of the bsa file?

It may help to try repairing the game by validating the local game cache.

nevermind i just uninstaled all of my mods and installed a fraction of them and now the game is working
