One possible change I'd suggest is possible compatibility with the Original Style Meat Boy and Bandage Girl mod, even if it's in the form of an additional image that I have to replace the sprite sheet with myself. I'm sure Rot Boy would look cool in that style

If someone would be willing to create the custom sprites/ animations for it then i'd gladly add them

The only thing I think that'd be nice is if Foul Guts maybe had the bone hearts removed, so it'd be more balanced as a boss item. Rotten Hearts are pretty strong after all!

I do agree with you it's too strong right now. However, i don't want to completely remove the extra health granted by the bone hearts since full rotten hearts theoretically give a 50% red hearts down too...

I'll probably slightly nerf the item though to either not grant a heart container or grant only one bone heart at the very least sometime in the future

chimerism should be quality 4 in my opinion
