bug: sick maggot makes you take a rotten heart and a half damage on womb and later.
despite trying to make them count as full red hearts, when taking full heart damage, it still breaks through a rotten heart. no idea how you would fix this, but, if you could itd be nice.

Well you do take a full heart of damage so it makes sense. So i'll probably not change anything about this.

no as in, you lose a full rotten heart, along with the rotten heart behind it turning into a half heart
