Is there anyway to put any translations from original game?

Not in a 'drag and drop' way. The original translations were in a different stringtable format (csv) whereas now xml is used. In addition, some of the texts has been changed over the years. The briefings with links to markers were not even included in OFP.

That means, if you would like to add a new language to the campaign, you need to add new lines for that language to 58 stringtable files and translate the english original text to that language.

It's a lot of work that must be done. That's why no one ever bothered to add more languages to the campaigns in all the years. :-)
