In my playtrough, I got some issue. With time, the longer I survive, the more I encounter hostile NPC. I put hostility to 0% but now, I only encounter hostile NPC and no more friendly. Is there something I could do to avoid that ?

I mean, I'm still open to meet some hostile NPC, but I would also like to meet some who are still friendly.
