An Arctic Expension like the one that Modders made for the Arctic Expension Mod or in the Beautiful States reborn Mod (BSR Mod)

Would give the Map a more Modern and overall rounder and smoother Look, which would match perfect with the Modern based setting of the Novum Vexillum Mod

Well I'm not sure of how much I could borrow from these mods and how much I would need to do myself, but that seems really difficult....
Modifying the provinces is really the bane of HOI4 modding.
I'll take a look someday, but don't expect much.
