Suggestion

I think the bodies should rot first, then decompose. It feels a bit too fast when they're still fresh limbs and they begin to decompose

I think you should make when a person is becoming a zombie there skin peels off very slowly but only intill you can see a piece of there bones

the decomposition stage is based on the stage of rotting so that would be impossible
