Do as wish. The civilopedia is not a concern. It is mostly empty and will continue to be for years to come.

I have almost finished two playthroughs with your mod and some other mods.
So far, so good; I haven't had any problems or crashes, so I'll be writing a report soon detailing which ones I have used (if they are not already on your list)
