How to increase map draw distance/render distance?
For some reason on my end, the map has a really low render distance, which could be seen further when no-clipping to the sky.

I would think that this might be just a problem on my end, but every other map seems to work fine with the draw distance/render distance except Paralake City.

Is this an intentional thing by design? Or is this not how the map is supposed to work? If it's by design, then I honestly think it would look a lot better with a higher render distance. If it's not, is there a way to adjust the settings?

I tried using
r_screenfademaxsize 0
r_screenfademinsize 0
but they didn't work for me.

Please let me know so I can try to further diagnose the problem. Thank you in advance!

Oh, that's not supposed to look like that. Are you checked the render distance in the settings menu?
Intentional, not something you can change on your end.
@Creepis Luckily I didn't noticed this "effect".
Ah, I see. Thank you for the clarification! I thought it was just acting up on my end. Though I really feel like the map might look a lot better with a bigger render distance, I suppose it's intentional in order to optimize performance or for a similar purpose.
Definitely for performance, the map runs bad enough in our community thanks to all the code we have.

@Creepis Luckily I didn't noticed this "effect".

do r_3dsky 0 and it becomes more noticable
you are not the only one, it happens to me too, in fact I have noticed that this problem also happens in some rp maps.
