So, swimming around under the water picking up treasure chests and pearls whilst mainly hunting for seaweed sheets, and I couldn't find a single one. Am I just missing something, because every strand of seaweed I went up to had no interaction, swinging at them did nothing (With a pickaxe because treasure chests can't be hit with a shovel) and neither did the glowing plants.

So, I have no idea to be honest.
