Rusted Talon

Where the heck do you find the rusted talon? I need it to complete my armor set. I already checked all the mob spawn tables and didnt find it

You can acquire it from doing the "Ancient Armor" quest from Odessa on Icarus.

Are you able to get another rusted talon after the quest?

You can craft another rusted talon using your crafting menu with the same materials you give Odessa to finish the quest.
