I have finally completed all quests except one, finding the clothing set for training as I cannot find the pants, but still all other quests are done and I was hoping at the very end of the story lines we would get an NPC that sells Rangefinders. In Russia map, there is one such character onboard the Liberator and you don`t even need to finish the quests to purchase from him. Can we get one in Kuwait too? I would say a Coalition character would do just fine.
