What is this new update about?
What is new or changed in 1.62? I am too dumb to understand the description of the change note.

Kuwait city has a bit decoration for emergencies, I guess... That is all I notice, but I don't know if it has something to do with the quests since I have done them all (story related one), or with a multiplayer event.

kuwait city has been completely overhauled and looks great, i had to redo my base because it was inside one of the buildings. the only thing wrong with the new update is that none of the windows or doors in kuwait are registered as windows or doors, meaning you cant place barricades or doors on either of those
