Tried adding a 2nd page to the voice command list, however attempting to use anything on the 2nd page will result in stuff from the 1st page being played instead.

Yes, for example I have it binded to b and so you do this in console:
bind b voicecommands_menu

it is still broken page two won't show

I tested myself just now and I don't have this issue, it might be either a conflicting addon or something else

when i type "voicecomands_menu" in console or when i pess x, it gives me this error:

[Player Voice Commands (Customisable)] lua/autorun/client/voicecommands_cl.lua:307: bad argument #1 to 'ipairs' (table expected, got nil)

2. fn - lua/autorun/client/voicecommands_cl.lua:307

to solve this, i had to reinstall Gmod, so if nobody helps u, i recommend u doin that
