It is on Purgory I think I can't remember name. 5 objectives: City Ruins, Cache Supply, Shelter, Junk, and Tanks. Only 2 works so far, Shelter and Cache Supply. I found Ruins and Junk, but they don't register as POIs, so objectives won't work. Not sure about Tanks. Is it HV or Oxygen/Power tanks? I am confusing about it since I couldn't find it. Most won't register as POIs though.

EDIT: I tried again by starting new game with different seeds. This time, 4 of 5 objectives worked so far, only JUNK objective doesn't work despite visiting over 6 or 7 junk locations. Must be randomly bug.

EDIT 2: I finally got JUNK objective completed. It seem that only fixed locations can work, not any location, but for shelter might be any shelter poi, not sure. I alway got it completed first time I found it, but not tanks, ruins, or junk because they are at fixed location only. For Cache Supply, it seem to work on any poi as well. That didn't make sense. Maybe should change to work on any JUNK, tanks, and ruins locations from now on. That's my suggestion.
