Unofficial Server - Mod Version Mismatch

We have a server we're paying for, and we wanted to employ the Multichar mod. But the version the server admin is finding to put on the server is not the same as the version we get when we subscribe here. I have attempted to redownload the Mod multiple times. Anyone have any input on a fix for this?
