Why Is It A Head Cosmetic?
it fits perfectly with most hats, why is it set as a whole head cosmetic then. where we cant equip it with hats :I

doesnt matter

a month or two after i wrote this, the black knights bascinet became a face cosmetic, allowing hats to be worn with it
