You sure the coords are right? There's no car in that spot.

How does a car mod add a special version somewhere on the map? Is that something they can do?

Mine was scuffed (clean server) and had 2 in the same spot. Had to delete one to get access to the other. Both of which had nothing interesting outside of being in perfect condition. Which is a disappointment, I was expecting an arsenal.

Then get an arsenal mod? The mod said it gives you a specific car, it does. What's there to be disappointed about?
