cant see the rain

i see the rain drops on window but no rain?

If your FPS is too low, it won't spawn rain-particles.
You need to go into settings and lower the FPS target.

what i did is uninstall all my addons and download them back guess my addons were ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ it up
