I've been trying to set my Stormfox configuration so then it will always rain 24/7, even when loading up a map. However, it seems setting auto weather to do rain 7 times a week, min-to-max start hours, and setting both intensities to the same level doesn't even start it even once. It just goes between clear and partially cloudy.

In short, I would like to be able to make my weather (that isn't just clear) static.
