how to get omega unique token jackpot boss doesn't give any unique token

I killed ancient jackpot boss and endless jackpot boss to get omega unique tokens but I didn't get any unique tokens. how to get omega unique tokens?

Rarely from quest but the highest I got was a prime from them
And basics are craftable
