get away orb unique not working

So i have been playing the mod for a bit and i came across this bug with the unique getaway orb where no matter what map i use the orb on it always spawns spino certain maps its griffn and meg but no basilisk just spino

It obviously can't spawn a megalodon on land, meaning it has to be used in water to spawn one. Would make sense that you get a griffin if you use it while in the air.
