Yes it has a function called piggyback

If a map don't have natural lightning wyvern spawns, you have a x% chance to spawn lightning wyverns together with every wild spawning argentavis

All of them are configurable

But:
A Dino can only be added to spawn with the piggyback if it does not have natural spawns ( as example lamprey spawn a single spot in a cave on fjordur with 3 dinos, so they cannot be added to the piggyback)
And:
If you try to spawn a rare Dino (reaper as example) on a common Dino (dilo as example), than you can only set a low spawn %
