About loot pick

Is it possible to automatically collect items such as magic charms that fall on the ground? Also, can we prevent things like spino sails from some animals from coming, I would appreciate it if you could help.

First one: fjord hawk as an ark omega varsion as shoulder pet, does not collect souls

Second : not directly, beside editing the vanilla drop tables
