Issue Tracker
Known issues
  • Cross section tubes bounding box is bigger than it should be, causing it to spawn above the ground
  • Cross section tube is missing the ramps in the center (visual only, collision is there)
  • Boost tube needs reworking again..
  • Spawning a tube with preapplied proxycolors with the Track Placer Tool does not update the selected color scheme in the entities properties menu
  • Every tube has extra subparts on the collisions sides that makes the collision not even all the way around. I don't think it is an issue but it might cause handling to be slightly different depending on if you drive on the bottom or sides of the tube.
  • Spawnicons have to be manually generated with nak_rebuild_spawnicons as I can not upload them with the addon due to workshop limits
  • Blend tube PointA doesnt seem to be center..? maybe the road isnt centered.

Future changes
  • Autogenerate spawnicons in the tool menu (not entities menu)
  • More settings in the Track Placer Tool (boost, persistance, ect)
  • Remove bounding box origin fix, instead move up 480 units to get exact ground placement

May attempt, no promises
  • Clientside visual for Track Placer Tool
  • Set track roll with mouse and camera instead of slider in menu
  • Autogenerate Decent Vehicle waypoints
  • Boost tube visual effect/sound
  • Vehicle swapper for multi vehicle races (swap vehicles with pickup)
  • Vehicle type swapper for multi vehicle type races (switch to plane/heli ect)

It seems that loading a save that has track parts in it will spawn a fan in the xyz 0 0 0 of the map? This isn't a huge problem or annoyance but a bug nonetheless.
