The tmod workshop is for mods, if you subscribe to a texture pack on the vanilla workshop it will actually appear in the 1.4 tmod beta. If you want the pack for 1.3 tmod, you can get it from the pack's official discord server here.[discordapp.com]

There's a guide on how to do that in the server, you should have no trouble if you follow it

well first off there is the version they are pointing out, and if you want the texture pack for 1.4 tmod just... download this one all texture packs are kept between versions, if you want a 1.3 version well your fat outta luck

i'm not sure you understand. texture packs and mods are different things. texturepacks are on the terraria workshop mods are on the tmod workshop.

Cuz want to play with this texture pack on 1.3 tmodloader so i can play calamity and other things in 4k

I found a solution for you for current Tmodloader (non-alpha):
You'll have to get the texture pack .zip file for Tmodloader, it's on the Discord of the texture pack devs that was posted above.
1) Turn "use experimental feature" on in tmodloader ingame, under Settings > tModLoader Setting > Use Experimental Feature, then close the game.
2) Create a new folder named "TexturePacks" (if there isn't one) in Documents > My Games > Terraria > ModLoader.
3) Move the texture pack zip file to the folder and rename it to "TexturePack" (no space, and make sure its file type is zip)
4) Reopen the game and it should work.

Soon it will be usable for modded terraria but it is only working for the alpha version only.

Or if you do the more complex way of installing it, you can use it on 1.3 Tmod. Anyone can figure that out by looking just a bit above your comment.

Also, that aside, I don't really think FULL Tmodloader 1.4 with all the bugs fixed and whatnot is actually going to come out anytime soon, unless the Tmodloader team somehow finds a massive breakthrough or something that fixes most of the bugs or something like that. Plus, if Calamity mod does ever get ported to 1.4 Tmod, which it most likely would, it'd be a pretty long while after 1.4 Tmod is finished because well, Calamity mod's a big mod.
